Private retreats offer dedicated space to dive deeply into one or more of the four pillars. A retreat can take place in Costa Rica or at a location that works for you. We will discuss the possibilities, location, format, and practical details during our conversation.

My work is rooted in a truth I have had to live myself: our beginnings and past experiences do not have to determine what becomes possible for us. I came from humble beginnings and have rebuilt my life and work more than once. Those experiences taught me how deeply inherited patterns, old beliefs, and unprocessed pain can shape the choices we make, the relationships we create, and the way we relate to our own potential. They also showed me that real change becomes possible when we meet those patterns directly and take responsibility for what we build next.
Since 2015, I have supported people in deep personal transformation, creative expression, and purpose-led work. My approach brings inner work together with practical action: healing what keeps you repeating the past, strengthening your connection to yourself, clarifying what you are here to create, and turning that clarity into choices and structures that can hold up in everyday life. I do not see these as separate parts of the journey. The aim is lasting change you can feel in how you live, love, lead, and bring your work into the world.
